Pancreatic Cancer Death:

A pancreatic cancer prognosis always sounds more like a death sentence than any kind of prognosis. Unfortunately the only pancreatic cancer symptom that is usually noticed is the prognosis. Pancreatic cancer rarely gets caught early due to its rather vague and all too common symptoms. Statistically in more than 80% of patients the tumor has already spread and cannot be completely removed at the time of diagnosis. This cancer has a 5-year survival rate of less than 5%, meaning 95% of the people diagnosed with it, will not be alive 5 years later.

In my opinion knowing you have a 95% chance of being dead in five years or less is such discouraging news, that if it were me, I'd rather not bother with doctors and hospitals. That's a decision only you can make, but as for actual pancreatic cancer survival, the only answer definitively resides in one place, and that is in the realm of alternative cancer treatments. Not only for quality of life, if in fact you are going to die, but particularly if there is any hope of truly surviving this extremely life altering disease.

So let’s get this straight from the start. If you’re going to attempt a cure through alternative medicine or natural cures, there's one thing you need to understand. Due to the nature of this type of cancer and the fact that it is rarely diagnosed until it has already spread to other places in the body, you’re going to have to go at it as if your life depended on it, which as we both know, it does.

There is more than hope if you first of all educate yourself and immediately start acting on what you've learned. The key to killing cancer holistically is to make your body as alkaline as possible. There are so many ways to do this. As you may have found out by now, one of the primary pancreatic cancer causes is the eating of too much red meat and lack of fresh fruits and vegetables. No red meat, no hydrogenated oils, no sugar, no this, no that. The list will grow but more importantly is your lists of, do this, does that. Make yourself a program and stick to it. If you can afford it, or if your insurance will cover it, go see several naturopathic physicians. Do what they say, and more. Do not rely on any one particular natural remedy as the all in all. Especially with this type of cancer. There are literally hundreds of very good alternative cancer remedies out there, and as they are all natural, take them in conjunction with one another. But do it intelligently.

Don't forget herbs and supplements, and, and, and! Got the idea? There truly is hope for pancreatic cancer survival, even if you decide to fall for that all too seductive, oncologist peddled, and offer of chemotherapy. Which is the worst thing you can do in my opinion, but as I said, those are decisions only you can make. Be sure they're well informed ones. Google up the dangers of chemotherapy, if you have any doubts. But don't just do anything! Do exactly as I just said, and do it with a vengeance! It will get easier.

Why listen to someone who was honest enough to tell you they really have nothing for you, even if they do wear a white coat and work in a hundred million dollar hospital? Conventional medicines pancreatic cancer prognosis is nothing more than a disguised death sentence. Just look at the statistics! That's all I can say for now. My heart definitely goes out to you. Being a typical modern day American, I've lost seven members of my close family to cancer. None of them opted for alternative treatment and they all died after being horribly tortured by surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation.
